Toll Global Settles Commerce's Export Violations Claims

Law360, San Diego (July 29, 2011, 4:33 PM EDT) -- Trading company Toll Global Forwarding USA Inc. on Thursday agreed to pay $200,000 in civil penalties to the U.S. Department of Commerce to resolve allegations that a freight forwarder it acquired took part in a scheme to export electronic components and other items from the U.S. to India without proper licenses.
