Former Workers File Suit Against Mortgage Lenders

Law360, New York (June 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two employees of bankrupt Mortgage Lenders Network USA Inc. have filed a lawsuit against the company, alleging they were not properly warned before they were terminated from their jobs, and are entitled to compensation.

In the suit, filed Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, Guiseppe Caccamo and Robie-Lyn Harnois allege that they were fired without cause as part of a mass layoff.
