24 Hour Fitness Slammed With OT Actions

Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 6:23 PM EDT) -- Personal trainers and sales counselors of 24 Hour Fitness USA Inc. hit the gym chain with two putative class actions in Florida on Friday, alleging they were never paid overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Current and former fitness managers and sales counselors in Miami accused the health club chain of refusing to pay overtime and even instructing their supervisors to alter records that tallied their work hours.
