Sens. Seek To Curb Rentals Of Recalled Cars

Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 6:04 PM EDT) -- Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., introduced a bill Thursday that would ban rental car companies from renting or selling recalled vehicles and direct the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to investigate whether they are renting cars without standard safety features.
