LA Fitness Member Seeks Class Cert. In Overbilling Suit

Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 5:13 PM EDT) -- A Florida resident asked for class certification Friday in a lawsuit accusing LA Fitness International LLC of breaching an express contract by allegedly overcharging consumers who changed their membership statuses.
