Watson, Sun Seek Attorneys' Fees From Novartis

Law360 (June 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Friday agreed to allow Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. to seek attorneys' fees in an infringement suit brought by Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. over patents for Exelon, the Swiss drug maker’s Alzheimer’s treatment.
