SEC Seeks Court Action Against Energy Attorney

Law360, New York (June 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has asked a court to force a Chrome Energy LLC attorney to cooperate in an bribery investigation connected with the energy holding company and ERHC Energy Inc.

The Commission filed an application on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for an order to enforce an investigative subpoena served on O.J. Chidolue.
