Law360, New York (August 1, 2011, 6:30 PM EDT) -- Horvitz & Levy LLP was sued Friday in California by the owners of a convalescent hospital who say the law firm botched the company's attempt to stage a new trial in a wrongful termination suit, resulting in a $1.3 million payout to a former employee.
