Environmental Impacts Of A Government Shutdown

The recent 20-day state government shutdown in Minnesota highlights what happens when these agencies essentially disappear. Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton and state legislative leaders were unable to agree on a state budget by the start of the fiscal year on July 1, 2011.
