Jailed Ex-CA Inc. Exec To Pay $29M: Report

Law360, New York (June 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Imprisoned former CA Inc. sales chief Stephen Richards has reportedly agreed to pay $29.7 million in restitution after pleading guilty last year to criminal charges for his role in a $2.2 billion accounting fraud scandal at the company.

Richards, who is currently serving a seven-year prison sentence at the Taft Correctional Institution in Taft, Calif., has reached a $29.7 million deal with prosecutors, Dow Jones reported Tuesday.
