Boies Schiller Wins Interim Counsel Showdown

Law360, New York (June 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has appointed a pair of law firms to serve as interim counsel in a proposed class action that accuses three graphics chip companies of anti-competitive conduct.

Judge William Alsup of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California ruled Monday that Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP would best represent the direct purchasers of graphics processing units and cards, while Furth Lehmann LLP would best represent the indirect purchasers.
