Frownies Co. Not Smiling Over Kardashian Mom's Facelift

Law360, New York (August 3, 2011, 6:53 PM EDT) -- The manufacturer of Frownies anti-wrinkle remedies slapped the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star Kris Jenner with a suit in Ohio federal court Tuesday, claiming she breached her endorsement deal with the company by getting a facelift while under contract.
