10th Circ. Revives Prozac Murder-Suicide Suit

Law360, New York (August 3, 2011, 4:01 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Wednesday reinstated a wrongful death suit against Eli Lilly & Co. over a murder-suicide allegedly triggered by Prozac, ruling the district court did not allow the plaintiff enough time to find a new expert witness.
