Nu Image Dealt Setback In Massive Internet Piracy Suit

Law360, New York (August 3, 2011, 6:46 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing Nu Image Inc.'s copyright suit against 23,322 individuals identifiable only by their Internet Protocol addresses ruled Friday that the company may only conduct discovery to obtain the identities of those defendants it believes are located in the District of Columbia.
