EFF Contests Righthaven Copyright Suit Against Blogger

Law360, Los Angeles (August 3, 2011, 8:41 PM EDT) -- The Electronic Frontier Foundation filed an amicus brief Tuesday in Colorado federal court arguing that the copyright suit patent-holding company Righthaven LLC lodged against blogger Leland Wolf should be tossed because Righthaven doesn't own the copyright at issue.
