Insurers Seek To Douse Calif. Wildfire Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (August 5, 2011, 4:26 PM EDT) -- Two excess insurers sought Wednesday to toss a complaint brought in California federal court by a water district seeking to win coverage of nine lawsuits that claim it designed a water supply system that was inadequate for fighting a 2008 wildfire.
