Law360, San Diego (August 4, 2011, 4:58 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Thursday held that retaliation claims under the Civil Rights Act are governed by a four-year statute of limitations, reviving part of a former Lucent Technologies Inc. employee's suit against the company and Connecticut General Life Insurance Co.
