Contractor Who Bribed Tenn. Official Fights Suspension

Law360, New York (August 4, 2011, 6:15 PM EDT) -- A highway contractor who admitted to bribing a former Tennessee Department of Transportation official sued the agency last week, claiming the state had no right to suspend his company from future transportation contracts over the bribe.
