Wilmer Cutler Eyes China IP With New Beijing Outpost

Law360 (November 26, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr has opened its first new office since the merger between Wilmer Cutler and Hale and Dorr, eyeing growing opportunities in intellectual property on mainland China with a new outpost in Beijing.

The office, which is the firm’s first Asian outpost, will be headed by partner Lester Ross and will focus on corporate and regulatory matters as well as intellectual property issues.
