UBS Settles With Enron Creditors For $115M

Law360, New York (June 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Just a week after investment bank Credit Suisse reached a settlement with the creditors of Enron Corp., UBS AG has followed suit. The bank agreed to pay $115 million to settle litigation over equity transactions made with Enron in the days leading up to the company’s collapse.
