Bath & Body Sold Faulty Air Fresheners, Customer Says

Law360, New York (August 5, 2011, 4:43 PM EDT) -- A consumer hit Bath & Body Works LLC with a proposed class action Wednesday in Kansas federal court, accusing the retailer of breaching an implied warranty by selling a defective room air freshener that became unusable after the scent ran out.
