Amtrol Emerges From Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (June 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Water storage company Amtrol Holdings Inc. said Wednesday that it had emerged from Chapter 11 after the closing of a $128 million exit financing facility arranged by Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. and Credit Suisse Group.

The money will now go toward repaying the debtor-in-possession financing in place during the company's restructuring. It will also pay certain expenses associated with the bankruptcy and will help fund ongoing operations.
