Court Adopts Midtronics' Findings In Battery Tester Row

Law360, New York (August 5, 2011, 5:07 PM EDT) -- In a precedential ruling Wednesday, a Chicago federal judge fully adopted Midtronics Inc.'s findings that rival battery management companies Argus Analyzers and BPPower Inc. had sold battery testers that infringed a Midtronics patent.

U.S. District Court Judge Milton Shadur said he would refrain from making the usual revisions to the plaintiff's findings of fact and conclusions of law regarding the infringement of a battery tester patent, and instead adopt them as the official opinion.
