Marine Products Exec Pleads To Bid-Rigging

Law360, New York (June 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Donald Murray on Wednesday became the third marine products executive in recent months to plead guilty to conspiring to rig bids in the marine products industry.

As part of the settlement, which still awaits court approval, Murray has agreed to cooperate with the Department of Justice's ongoing investigation into bid-rigging in the marine products industry, the DOJ said. He will also serve 18 months in prison and pay a $75,000 fine.
