Lehman Escapes Jury Trial In $200M Loan Repayment Suit

Law360, New York (August 5, 2011, 6:21 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. won a ruling Friday that defendants who had signed jury waivers were not entitled to a jury trial in its New York lawsuit seeking repayment of $33.4 million of $200 million in loans granted to Bethany Holdings Group LLC.
