SunTrust Claims Ex-Employees Stole Clients, Secrets

Law360, New York (August 5, 2011, 7:53 PM EDT) -- SunTrust Mortgage Inc. on Friday slapped George Mason Mortgage LLC and six former employees with a suit in Virginia federal court over alleged trade secrets violations stemming from their plan to steal SunTrust clients and business, made weeks before the workers joined GMM.
