Contractor Sues DuPont For Overtime Pay

Law360, New York (August 8, 2011, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A Virginia man filed a collective action against DuPont Co. on Friday for allegedly violating labor law by failing to pay contract recordkeepers proper overtime compensation.

David Ivester, a former Office Tiger LLC employee who was contracted by DuPont as a records analyst, claims the chemical giant failed to pay him and similar workers for time they spent traveling all over the U.S. on company business, a violation of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
