Firms May Hesitate To Disclose Data Breaches: Panel

Law360, New York (August 8, 2011, 8:42 PM EDT) -- While law firms face a greater risk of being hacked than ever in light of a recent spate of sophisticated data breaches, experts at a panel Saturday said they believed that firms wouldn't publicly disclose potential intrusions despite their ethical obligations.
