Trust Seeks High Court Revival Of Reliance ERISA Suit

Law360, Washington (August 8, 2011, 6:39 PM EDT) -- An insurance trust asked the U.S. Supreme Court last week to take up its suit against Reliance Standard Life Insurance Co., asking the high court to define the standard for determining whether an Employee Retirement Income Security Act plan administrator abused his discretion in interpreting ambiguous plan language.
