Rihanna Replaces Pryor Cashman In Photog's IP Suit

Law360, New York (August 9, 2011, 12:45 PM EDT) -- Pop superstar Rihanna on Monday replaced Pryor Cashman LLP and hired Holland & Knight LLP to help her defend against a photographer's New York suit claiming she ripped off his images for her “S&M” music video.

In an order signed Friday and filed Monday, U.S. District Judge Shira A. Scheindlin approved a stipulation brought Aug. 3 to substitute counsel for Rihanna, whose real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty.
