FCC Links Reviews Of AT&T’s Qualcomm, T-Mobile Deals

Law360, New York (August 9, 2011, 6:11 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission said in a letter released Monday that it will link its review of AT&T Corp.’s $1.9 billion offer for Qualcomm Inc. wireless licenses to its review of the telecom giant’s $39 billion offer for T-Mobile USA Inc.
