Calif. Court Allows 'Me Too' Evidence In Sex Bias Case

Law360, New York (August 10, 2011, 3:03 PM EDT) -- A California state appeals court on Tuesday revived a sexual harassment suit filed against an attorney, finding the trial court should have allowed the jury to hear “me too” evidence from other female employees at the small law office.

In reversing the jury’s verdict in favor of California lawyer Thomas J.
