EU Says US Steel Duty Revocation Could End WTO Fight

Law360, New York (August 10, 2011, 2:31 PM EDT) -- The European Commission said Wednesday that the U.S.' revocation of duties on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Germany and Italy could resolve a World Trade Organization dispute over an alleged calculation error in the original anti-dumping investigation.
