No Arbitration For Insurance Refund Suit: 11th Circ.

Law360, Washington (August 10, 2011, 3:04 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Wednesday rejected Life of the South Insurance Co.'s bid for arbitration in a putative class action accusing the insurer of shirking its obligation to refund unearned premiums to credit insurance policyholders who paid off loans early.
