Ex-Gryphon Rep Seeks Light Sentence In $20M Fraud Case

Law360, New York (August 10, 2011, 7:49 PM EDT) -- The attorney for a former sales representative for Gryphon Holdings Inc. on Tuesday asked a New York federal judge to show leniency, arguing that his client was not primarily responsible for an alleged $20 million fraudulent investment advisory scheme and deserved a lighter sentence.
