China Slaps Duties On Photo Paper From US, EU, Japan

Law360, San Diego (August 10, 2011, 5:42 PM EDT) -- China’s Ministry of Commerce said Wednesday it will impose anti-dumping duties on photographic paper products shipped from the U.S., Europe and Japan.

The preliminary ruling stems from an investigation launched in December to review whether alleged dumping of the light-sensitive paper used in the art, advertising, criminal investigation, aerospace and defense sectors was damaging China’s photo paper products industry.
