Agency Botched Employment Background Checks: Suit

Law360, New York (August 11, 2011, 5:04 PM EDT) -- A Virginia resident who claims Verifications Inc. incorrectly reported him as a convicted felon on an employment background check launched a class action Wednesday alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
