Patent Office Seeks Expert Input For Software Exams

Law360, New York (June 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In an effort to speed up and improve the patent review process for software, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office will for the first time allow computer technology experts to submit comments about a patent application prior to an examiner review as part of a pilot project.
