CVS Accused Of Advertising Misleading Prices

Law360, New York (August 12, 2011, 12:36 PM EDT) -- CVS Pharmacy Inc. charged more for products than what it advertised, and misled consumers about cash discounts and rebates, according to a suit filed Thursday by California in a state court.

The suit comes as CVS fights at least three other false advertising suits around the country involving its marketing of a product it claimed could prevent the risk of catching common colds.
