Baby Sex Test Maker Settles False Ad Suit For $2.5M

Law360, New York (August 12, 2011, 1:22 PM EDT) -- IntelliGender LLC has agreed to make available about $2.5 million in cash to settle a proposed nationwide class action in California claiming it falsely advertised that its Gender Prediction Test could discern an unborn baby's gender with 90 percent accuracy, the plaintiffs said Thursday.
