Former FECI Exec Halts SEC Case For Legal Fee Fight

Law360, New York (August 12, 2011, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A former Florida East Coast Industries Inc. employee can pause part of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's insider trading case against him while he fights his ex-employer for the cash he needs to pay his defense attorneys, an Illinois federal judge ruled Friday.
