Ex-Dow Chemical Execs Sue For Legal Fees

Law360 (June 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two former executives of Dow Chemical Inc. have sued the company, demanding to be reimbursed for legal fees incurred during a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigation into alleged illegal discussions about selling the company.

Former Chief Financial Officer J. Pedro Reinhard and former Executive Vice President Romeo Kreinberg filed the suit on Thursday in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
