Law360, New York (August 12, 2011, 5:33 PM EDT) -- The former owners of two airline service companies pled guilty in Florida on Friday to defrauding charter carrier Ryan International Airlines in two separate kickback cases, the first in the federal government's probe into anti-competitive conduct in the industry.

Both James E. Murphy and David A. Chaisson pled guilty to one count of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and honest services fraud for their alleged roles in two plots to pay off procurement officials at Ryan in order to win...
