Judge Sends SRAM Parties Into Mediation

Law360, New York (June 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal district court judge has instructed the parties in the ongoing antitrust case against SRAM flash memory chip producers to attempt to resolve their differences in private mediation.

U.S. District Judge Claudia Wilken signed an order on June 7 requiring the initial mediation session to be held by February 2008.

The move did not come as a surprise, according to Steven Noel Williams, partner at Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy, one of the firms representing the plaintiffs in the case.
