Enviros Ask 9th Circ. To Stop Wolf Hunts

Law360, New York (August 15, 2011, 5:34 PM EDT) -- Three environmental groups on Saturday asked the Ninth Circuit for an emergency injunction to prevent Idaho and Montana from proceeding with a plan to allow the hunting of gray wolves, saying the trial court had relied on flawed Ninth Circuit precedent.
