Ex-J&G Attys Say Lying Juror Warrants New Trial

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 2:27 PM EDT) -- Two former Jenkens & Gilchrist PC attorneys convicted of selling illegal tax shelters have asked for a new trial in New York after discovering that a juror allegedly concealed that she was a suspended lawyer with a history of alcoholism and petty crimes, according to documents unsealed Monday.
