ITC Expedites Review Of Sulfanilic Acid Duties

Law360, Los Angeles (August 16, 2011, 4:19 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission announced Thursday that it had scheduled expedited five-year reviews of the countervailing duty order and anti-dumping duty orders on sulfanilic acid from China and India.

Under the expedited reviews, the ITC will determine “whether revocation of the countervailing duty order and anti-dumping duty orders ... would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time,” according to Thursday’s notice.
