Lehman Ch. 11 Statement Devoid Of Basic Info: Creditor

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 6:53 PM EDT) -- Hedge fund Centerbridge Capital Partners LLC asked a New York bankruptcy judge Monday to reject Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s proposed Chapter 11 disclosure statement, calling it "devoid of even the most basic information" creditors need to vote on an associated reorganization plan.

Danske Bank AS also filed an objection Monday arguing that the disclosure statement included significant deficiencies that should bar its approval.
