Photog Wants Ban On Rebroadcast Of Bravo Show

Law360, New York (August 16, 2011, 7:35 PM EDT) -- A St. Louis photographer asked a Missouri federal judge on Tuesday to ban Bravo Media LLC's reality television show “Million Dollar Decorators” from airing footage that allegedly showcased one of his limited edition prints without his permission.

Photographer Michael Eastman is asking for a preliminary injunction to keep Bravo, which airs the interior decorating reality show, and parent company NBCUniversal Media LLC from rebroadcasting the episode or making it available for download online.
