Catfish Cos. Fight Vietnamese Export Duties Decision

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 2:39 PM EDT) -- Domestic catfish processors lodged a complaint Tuesday with the U.S. Court of International Trade challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce’s decision that two new Vietnamese fish exporters should not have to fork out cash for anti-dumping duties.

In its seventh new shipper review for the duties, Commerce preliminarily assigned Thien Ma Seafood Co.
